County of Maui launches video info series in partnership with Hoʻōla Maui and Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement

 

Working together and sharing resources is at the heart of Hoʻōla Maui’s mission. So when the County of Maui invited us to kōkua on a new video series about the fire debris removal program, we didn’t hesitate to lend a hand. Mahalo to the County of Maui and Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement for their contribution to these videos and ongoing efforts to keep our community up to date with this important information!

The video series, now available at www.MauiRecovers.org, answers questions from the community about four key topics:

  • Right of Entry, or ROE

  • Progress of the cleanup efforts to date

  • Cultural monitoring and archaeological work

  • The fire debris removal process
